Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Devin Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Royce Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie has a takedown stuffed.
Gracie ducks right into an uppercut from Brown.
Brown is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Brown scores with a nice body kick.
Brown misses with a wild body shot.
Brown tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brown sets himself, and Gracie steps forward looking for the clinch! Brown avoids it this time.
Gracie is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Gracie takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Brown is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Gracie shoots in but Brown avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Brown throws a big counter combination but Gracie scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Gracie takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Devin Brown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Gracie takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Brown throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Gracie is rocked!
Gracie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Brown is trying to defend but Gracie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Gracie has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Brown defend it? Gracie steps over the head and cranks it - Brown is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Gracie!
