Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hannu Karpo (ranked 341 p4p, 288 weight class) and Randy The Show (ranked 44 p4p, 37 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 18 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hannu Karpo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Randy The Show! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karpo throws a lazy right hand but The Show sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. The Show now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Karpo ducks under a wild hook from The Show. The Show throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Karpo tries to land a body kick and The Show connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Hannu Karpo has been cut. Karpo throws a right and a left that The Show avoids nicely. Karpo sets himself, and The Show steps forward looking for the clinch! Karpo avoids it this time. Karpo with a nice cross. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Karpo throws a body kick that misses and The Show counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Karpo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Karpo showed some decent athleticism there.
