PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ben Calibre (ranked 4213 p4p, 4377 weight class) and Bens Jamins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bens Jamins!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Anthony Taglia and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Calibre dives in and scores a takedown into Jamins's guard.
Jamins should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

It looks like Ben Calibre has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Calibre shoots in looking for a takedown but Jamins manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Calibre's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Jamins throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Calibre stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ben Calibre is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jamins cracks Calibre's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Calibre slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Jamins can do further damage! This one is done, son!
