Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hudson Clarkson!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adam missing with a left hand there. Clarkson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Adam connects with a looping right hand.
Adam catches Clarkson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Clarkson with the counter takedown but Adam avoids it easily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Adam darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
It looks like Hudson Clarkson has been cut.
Adam lands a jab to Clarkson's midsection.

Clarkson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Clarkson goes for a double leg but Adam avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Adam continues to drive forward.
Principo Adam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hudson Clarkson.

Clarkson takes one on the button.
Adam takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Clarkson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Adam tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Clarkson was well out of range. Poor timing from Adam.
Clarkson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Adam defends well and Clarkson ends up having to push Adam into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Clarkson has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
The fighters circling - Adam throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Adam lands a big shot that drops Clarkson! Can he finish him?

Adam tries to free his leg and advance position but Clarkson is retaining full guard.

A lull in the action here as Adam stalls from top position.
Clarkson can't do much from the bottom here.

Adam is working to tighten his grip on Clarkson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Clarkson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Adam is really squeezing tight and eventually Clarkson passes out! Adam breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Principo Adam was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
