The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diveroli throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Diveroli stuffs the takedown attempt from Suzuki. Suzuki gets slowly back to his feet.
Diveroli lands a two punch combo.
Diveroli lands a jab to Suzuki's midsection.

Suzuki tries to keep at a distance but Diveroli has taken the fight into the clinch.

Diveroli gets to his feet. Suzuki looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Diveroli moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Suzuki shoots for a double leg takedown but Diveroli sprawls well. He's pushed Suzuki's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenji Suzuki. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Diveroli misses with a jab, cross combination.
Suzuki could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Diveroli reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Diveroli taps out! Nice BJJ there by Suzuki!
