Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barella closes the distance and clinches up with Kamara, looking for a takedown. Barella pushes Kamara against the cage but Kamara circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Barella tries to clinch up.
Barella shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kamara pinned against the cage. Kamara gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kamara lands a lovely overhand right.
Barella throws a nice looking combination but Kamara bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Kamara throws a big counter combination but Barella scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Jaward Kamara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sonny Barella.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Barella is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Kamara frees his head nicely. Oh but Barella has switched to an armbar! Kamara is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
