This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the bantamweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 53 wins and 22 losses; David Morrison Jr.! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 11 wins and 11 losses; Malaki Fiso!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.

Fiso shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Morrison Jr. as he avoids it easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fiso.
Fiso shoots for a takedown but Morrison Jr. saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
David Morrison Jr. has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Malaki Fiso.

Fiso is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Morrison Jr. stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fiso swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Morrison Jr. has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fiso can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Morrison Jr. escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fiso gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Still in half guard, Fiso seems content to control.
Fiso is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Fiso looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Fiso is looking to advance position but Morrison Jr. won't allow it.

Fiso is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Morrison Jr. is surviving well by controlling Fiso's body position as best he can.
Fiso takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Morrison Jr. is looking to cinch up a triangle. Fiso throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Morrison Jr.'s body to avoid the submission. Morrison Jr. has instead reached around Fiso's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Morrison Jr. arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
