Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramsey Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leo Luccas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Ramsey Wood has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wood shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Luccas looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wood missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Luccas is trying to stand.

Wood is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Wood will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Luccas is trying to stand back up but Wood is controlling him
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Wood is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Luccas doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wood.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Luccas tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wood was well out of range. Poor timing from Luccas.
Luccas stuffs the takedown.

A combination from Luccas does no damage.
Luccas throws a head kick but Wood moves out of range.
Wood looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Wood keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Luccas has Wood up against the cage in a clinch.
Wood stops a takedown attempt from Luccas.
Luccas wants to break free but Wood has control.

Wood breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Wood closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Luccas to the mat! Luccas manages to get full guard.

Wood trying to control the position from guard on top but Luccas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Luccas pushes Wood off and gets back to his feet.
Wood is breathing heavily.
Luccas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

so Wood counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Wood passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Wood is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Luccas is trying to escape and Wood transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Luccas is forced to tap! Nice work there by Wood! Very nice indeed!
