Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Duster Bouglas (ranked 3643 p4p, 4023 weight class) and Saint George (ranked 433 p4p, 466 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Saint George was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Duster Bouglas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Saint George! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! George cracks Bouglas with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. A combination from George does no damage. Bouglas is looking to counter with a shot to the body. George misses the jab. A little feinted left hand from Bouglas on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. An inside leg kick lands from Bouglas. Bouglas misses with a body shot.
George throws a head kick that misses and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. George throws a body punch but Bouglas moves out of range. A counter left hand to the body from Bouglas misses its target. A jab from George misses. George takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. George throws a poor cross that misses
and Bouglas counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Saint George has been cut. George throws a jab but it's blocked by Bouglas. George throws a predictable looking body shot
and Bouglas counters with a beautiful hook that drops George to the mat! Will George be able to recover his senses? The referee starts the count at 3 having sent Bouglas to a neutral corner. 4,5,6 and George is up. He looks OK to continue. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bouglas throws a body kick, spinning off balance and George counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bouglas thumps George with a low kick. Bouglas takes a shot right to the bread basket. Bouglas does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. A little jabbing left from George on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Bouglas defending well as George loads up on a big left hand. Bouglas tried to counter with a leg kick but George avoided it. Bouglas throws a leg kick that is checked and George counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Good work by George as he checks the leg kick. George misses with a two punch combination.
Bouglas slips under a jab. George tries a head kick but it misses.
George lands with a hook. Bouglas tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. George ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice straight punches there by Bouglas. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bouglas. George misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A decent looking cross lands there for Bouglas. George lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Bouglas punishes George's body with a nice straight punch. George cracks a nice hook into Bouglas's ribs. A swing and a miss from Bouglas. Saint George seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bouglas scores with a kick to the midsection. George looks winded! Bouglas lands a slapping body shot.
Bouglas throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bouglas lands a jab. Bouglas is looking to land body kicks. George misses with a left hand and Bouglas counters with an inside leg kick. Bouglas fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
George is rocked! Bouglas pivots, looking for a leg kick but George is out of range and Bouglas settles back down. George doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. George walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Duster Bouglas! After the fight, Duster Bouglas was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
