Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Francis Charles (ranked 2608 p4p, 3411 weight class) and Tyrone Everett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Francis Charles might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rocket Man. Quinton Francis Charles is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyrone Everett!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Everett connects with a good right hand that stumbles Francis Charles. Francis Charles circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Francis Charles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Everett circles away.
Everett keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Francis Charles walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Quinton Francis Charles has been cut.
Everett scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Francis Charles bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Everett throws an overhand right that lands on Francis Charles's shoulder, as Francis Charles tries to avoid the shot.
Francis Charles half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Everett bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Francis Charles's head backwards.

Everett takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Francis Charles goes for a double leg but Everett avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Everett continues to drive forward.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Francis Charles seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Francis Charles shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Francis Charles showed some decent athleticism there.
Everett tries to get to full guard but Francis Charles has control of the leg.
Everett on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Everett is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Everett really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Francis Charles. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Francis Charles is nestled in close to Everett, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Francis Charles looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Everett with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Everett is looking to control Francis Charles's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Everett avoid being mounted?
Francis Charles seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Francis Charles connects with a nice short shot to Everett's temple.

Everett tries to lock up and control but Francis Charles gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

That was a close round but I would say that Quinton Francis Charles will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

A big left from Everett misses.

Tyrone Everett's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tyrone Everett's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Quinton Francis Charles!
Quinton Francis Charles seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
In defeat, Tyrone Everett stepped up to the mic, saying 'He got lucky.'.
