Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Little Jimmy (ranked 4209 p4p, 24402 weight class) and John Cena (ranked 0 p4p, 647 weight class). John Cena is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Little Jimmy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Cena!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cena displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jimmy.

Cena moves into range and clinches up with Jimmy.
Jimmy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Cena smiles and moves away.
Nice takedown defense from Cena. No joy for Jimmy on that attempt.
Cena tries to counter with a clinch but Jimmy shakes him off and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Little Jimmy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jimmy tries to clinch but Cena moves away
and Cena counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Cena swats away the attempt to clinch by Jimmy.
Jimmy shoots and misses

and Cena moves into the clinch.
Jimmy tries to pull guard but Cena holds him up against the cage and eventually Jimmy drops back down to his feet.
Jimmy tries to pull guard but Cena won't allow it.
Cena lands a body shot in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jimmy is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Cena to keep the fight standing.
Jimmy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Cena smiles and moves away.
Jimmy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cena sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jimmy somewhat.
Cena shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jimmy eats them both and turns towards Cena to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Little Jimmy has been cut.
Jimmy definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jimmy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Cena counters with a one-two to the body.
Jimmy wants to clinch

and Cena counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Jimmy!

Jimmy is rocked!
Jimmy tries to improve position but can't.
Oh Jimmy is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jimmy is trying to escape the position but Cena is controlling the position.
Jimmy is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Cena taking a breather here.
Cena scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Jimmy to see if he's OK.
Jimmy seems to have got his legs back now.
Cena in side control lands a decent elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cena is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Jimmy will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Jimmy is looking to reverse the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cena really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jimmy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cena cracks Jimmy with a big right hand but Jimmy just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Jimmy tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cena wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Jimmy manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Jimmy blocks the strikes from Cena.

Jimmy maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Cena could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Jimmy has cracked it and Cena is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Jimmy!

Little Jimmy was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
