And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mikkel Madsen!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim avoids the body shot from Madsen.
Kim seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Madsen throws a combination that misses
and Kim counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Mikkel Madsen has been cut.
Madsen throws a nice looking combination but Kim bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kim was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Madsen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Kim lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Madsen or not.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Mikkel Madsen.

Madsen swings for the body but Kim moves out of range.

enabling Kim to counter with a crisp jab.

and Kim counters with a stiff right hand.
Kim cracks Madsen with a hook to the temple - Madsen is on wobbly legs here! Kim swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Madsen falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Kim wins by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Je Ha Kim!
After winning the bout, Je Ha Kim thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
