Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leif Wolden (ranked 24272 p4p, 4618 weight class) and Leo Bougie (ranked 0 p4p, 523 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Leif Wolden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Leo Bougie!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bougie swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bougie throws a looping overhand right but Wolden ducks down to avoid it.
Wolden shoots in but Bougie avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bougie wants to counter with a clinch but Wolden pushes him away.
Bougie moves into the clinch successfully.
Bougie lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Bougie lands a left hand.
Bougie has Wolden pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bougie pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Wolden tumbling to the mat - Bougie dives into Wolden's guard.
Wolden bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bougie's guard.
Wolden trying to control but Bougie is working from the bottom.
Wolden drops back looking for a leg! Bougie is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bougie manages to kick Wolden off! Wolden jumps back into Bougie's guard.

Wolden trying to control the position from guard on top but Bougie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Wolden won't allow Bougie to get back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Wolden wants to control from the top but Bougie keeps moving.
Wolden has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Wolden passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bougie can do anything to dispel that myth.
Wolden trying to control the position but Bougie is working away.
Wolden has hold of Bougie's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bougie seems comfortable defending it but Wolden has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bougie is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bougie is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Wolden couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Leif Wolden!
A very excited looking Leif Wolden rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
