Uso with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gallagher to score with a decent uppercut.
Gallagher moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Uso is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Gallagher stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gallagher wants it to stay on the feet.

Uso closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Despite the aggression on Gallagher 's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Uso controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Uso with a flurry of punches that miss.
Gallagher is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Gallagher avoids the head kick by Uso .
Gallagher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Uso moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

A punch lands to the side of Uso 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Gallagher changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Gallagher 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Gallagher connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Gallagher clobbers Uso with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Uso ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gallagher moves away.
Gallagher stuffs the takedown attempt from Uso . Uso gets slowly back to his feet.

Gallagher cracks Uso with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
