Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rising Sun (ranked 5714 p4p, 4275 weight class) and Ruslan Nurmagomedov (ranked 0 p4p, 505 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sun might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Run It Back. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Sun finds it's target.
Nurmagomedov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nurmagomedov lands in his opponent's guard.
Sun knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nurmagomedov on the ground.

Nurmagomedov goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sun rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Nurmagomedov's guard! Nice work there by Sun!
Nurmagomedov kicks Sun off and gets to his feet.
Nurmagomedov takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Nurmagomedov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Nurmagomedov is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sun has managed to free his arm - good work.

Nurmagomedov is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sun sees it coming and defends easily.

Nurmagomedov drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Nurmagomedov seems to have locked his on tight now - Sun screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Nurmagomedov, as he picks up the win!
