Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cai Chi (ranked 1542 p4p, 922 weight class) and Ladislas Galopin (ranked 29 p4p, 12 weight class). Ladislas Galopin has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Cai Chi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ladislas Galopin!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Chi jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Galopin connects with a nice looking jab.
Galopin shoots in looking for a takedown. Chi tries to sprawl out of it but Galopin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chi swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Galopin is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Cai Chi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
