Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Damien Sepultra!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Ron Honeybunn.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sepultra scores with a crisp jab that stopped Gracie in his tracks.

It looks like James Gracie has been cut.
Sepultra lands with an uppercut that bounces Gracie off the cage and back into range.
Sepultra throws a body punch but Gracie moves out of range.
Gracie changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Sepultra jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Gracie feinted with a counter takedown.
Gracie shoots in but Sepultra avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sepultra throws a nice looking combination but Gracie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sepultra uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gracie has time to react.
Sepultra lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gracie misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gracie looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Gracie throws a nice looking combination but Sepultra bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sepultra stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sepultra wants it to stay on the feet.
Gracie takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A decent looking cross lands there for Sepultra.
Sepultra swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Sepultra looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Sepultra should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Sepultra is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Gracie is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sepultra doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gracie.
Gracie works his way into side control.

Gracie is chipping away with strikes.
Sepultra is being controlled here.
Sepultra is trying to improve his position.
Gracie scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Sepultra to see if he's OK.

Gracie looks up at the clock and then as Sepultra takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Gracie smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sepultra knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sepultra can do anything to dispel that myth.
Gracie moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Sepultra wants to control but Gracie postures up.
Sepultra is working to avoid the ground and pound but Gracie connects with a decent elbow.
Gracie lands a decent elbow from side control.
Sepultra is looking for a sweep.
Sepultra can't do much from the bottom here.
Sepultra looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sepultra really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gracie in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Gracie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Gracie takes a little break here. Sepultra wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Sepultra is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Sepultra takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Gracie is working to tighten his grip on Sepultra's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Sepultra has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gracie is really squeezing tight and eventually Sepultra passes out! Gracie breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

James Gracie decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
