Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Verney Lapierre (ranked 6227 p4p, 5048 weight class) and Sean Stevenson Jr (ranked 325 p4p, 290 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lapierre might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sugar. Sean Stevenson Jr will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lapierre.
Stevenson Jr is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Lapierre manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Stevenson Jr on his heels. He'll look to pass Stevenson Jr's guard now, I'm sure.
Lapierre trying to control but Stevenson Jr is working from the bottom.
Lapierre drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Lapierre as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Stevenson Jr screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Lapierre! Nice submission victory there!
