Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robin Daqt (ranked 3998 p4p, 4717 weight class) and Adam Rabago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Rabago!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Chad Campbell and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Rabago as Daqt shoots in.
Daqt throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Daqt tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rabago manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Rabago seems a little lost for a moment, as Daqt dominates the positioning.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Robin Daqt.
I think Daqt has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Robin Daqt was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
