Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Tucker (ranked 119 p4p, 525 weight class) and Panda Four (ranked 18 p4p, 69 weight class). Tucker comes to the cage accompanied by Faith of The Heart. Charles Tucker has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Charles Tucker!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Panda Four!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Four fails in his attempt to clinch.

Four clinches up against the cage.
Four tries to pull guard but Tucker holds him up against the cage and eventually Four drops back down to his feet.

Four jumps into guard, dragging Tucker to the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Four is looking for a triangle here but Tucker uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Four is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Tucker stands up and we're back to a striking position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nice sprawl there from Tucker as Four shoots in.

Four gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Tucker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Four pushes Tucker up against the cage in a clinch.

Four stalling the fight.

Tucker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Four slips under a jab from Tucker.
Tucker feints a jab promting Four to slip. Tucker then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Four slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Panda Four has been cut.
Tucker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Charles Tucker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Panda Four.
Four fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Four goes for a double leg but Tucker avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tucker continues to drive forward.
Tucker circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tucker appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Four tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Four tries to clinch up but Tucker circles away and keeps his distance.
Four takes one on the button.
Nice uppercut lands for Tucker. That snapped Four's head back.
Charles Tucker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tucker missing with a left hand there. Four was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Tucker throws a jab but it's blocked by Four.
Tucker connects with a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tucker throws a big shot that misses.
Four avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Four tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Four gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tucker presses Four against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Four fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tucker lands a body punch.
Four looks winded!

Tucker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tucker throws out a loose jab but Four uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tucker looks to land a right hand but Four moved out of range.
Four with the counter takedown but Tucker avoids it easily.
Tucker thows a leg kick but Four checks it

so Four counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Tucker is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Four presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Tucker lands with a left to the head.

Tucker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Four misses with a takedown attempt
and Tucker counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

That has opened up Panda Four's cut even more.

Four bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Four wants to clinch.
Tucker was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Tucker lands with a right hand.

Four drives through with a takedown into guard.
Four pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tucker is keeping the position for now.
Four passes Tucker's left leg - he's now in half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Four passes the guard and advances to mount!
Tucker is looking to improve his position but Four isn't that keen on the idea.
Tucker is working hard here to advance position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Four working for a submission but Tucker is keeping him at bay.
Tucker wants to control but Four is having none of it.

Four is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Tucker has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Tucker!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Tucker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Four sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Tucker works Four's body with a nice hook.
Tucker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Four.
Four tries to clinch up.
Four is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Tucker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tucker lands a body shot.
Nice sprawl there from Tucker as Four shoots in.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Four changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Tucker takes a swing at Four's ribcage but misses.
Four tries to clinch up
and Four takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tucker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Four can do to turn this around?

Tucker throws a series of punches but Four moves out of range.
Tucker lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Tucker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tucker lands a jab.
Tucker just misses with a punch to the body.

Four clinches.
Tucker lands a body punch in the clinch.

Tucker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tucker is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Tucker misses with a wild body shot.

Four moves into the clinch successfully.
Four fails to pull guard.
Tucker tries to throw a body punch but Four avoids it by throwing Tucker back against the cage.
Tucker wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Four jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tucker walks away with a smile on his face. Four gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Charles Tucker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Panda Four.

Four on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Tucker leaves Four with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Tucker was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Tucker jabs at Four's body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tucker misses with a straight left.
Tucker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Four tries to close the distance and clinch but Tucker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Four changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tucker tries to avoid it but Four manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tucker to the ground. Tucker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tucker lands a jab-cross combination.

The cut above Panda Four's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Tucker throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tucker throws an overhand right that lands on Four's shoulder, as Four tries to avoid the shot.
Tucker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Tucker cracks Four with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tucker has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Four to stand back up!

Four is rocked!
A combination from Tucker does no damage.
Four moves forwards but Tucker connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Four is still on wobbly legs! Can Tucker finish him?

Panda Four's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
BOOM! Tucker lands a beautiful left hook that drops Four. Four tries to recover but Tucker is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Four lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charles Tucker!
