Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Davis Lockley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eric Long!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Long rushes Lockley and presses him up against the cage.

Lockley turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Lockley manages to end up in side control.

Lockley thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Long gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Lockley could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Lockley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Long gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Long is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Long wants to control from the top but Lockley keeps moving.
Long wants to pass the guard but Lockley is keeping the position.
Long keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lockley's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Long is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lockley has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Long is looking to defend but Lockley has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Long! Lockley pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Long taps out and this one is all over!
