Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tenshin Nas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nas drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Xxx has momentary wrist control but Nas slips an elbow through the middle.
Nas missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nas stays in close to Xxx's body and controls the position.
Nas's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Nas closes this distance looking for a takedown but Xxx circles away.
