Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jim Jones Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wilmerr Fudd!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones Jr fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fudd manages to avoid it.
Fudd appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Fudd shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Fudd takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fudd shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jones Jr as he avoids it easily.
Jones Jr lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Jones Jr scores with a crisp jab that stopped Fudd in his tracks.

It looks like Wilmerr Fudd has been cut.
Jones Jr lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Fudd is rocked!
Jim Jones Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones Jr scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Jones Jr jabs Fudd to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Jones Jr lands a big right hand that sends Fudd crashing to the mat! Jones Jr stays standing though and waves Fudd back to his feet!
Fudd is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones Jr finish him?

That's one minute gone in the round.

Jones Jr feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Fudd sprawling to the canvas! Fudd rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jones Jr finish him?!
Jones Jr fakes the body blow, causing Fudd to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Fudd goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jim Jones Jr!
A very excited looking Jim Jones Jr made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
