Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bizzo Colez (ranked 4425 p4p, 1880 weight class) and Trevor McCallen (ranked 246 p4p, 111 weight class). Colez comes to the cage accompanied by Lose Yourself. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colez connects with a single shot there.
McCallen throws a body shot but no joy.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
McCallen lands a jab to the nose.
A nice combination there by Colez.

It looks like Trevor McCallen has been cut.
McCallen lands a nice hook to Colez's body. Colez takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Colez throws a leg kick but McCallen moved away.

Colez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
McCallen swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
McCallen misses with an uppercut.

Colez ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

McCallen throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Colez connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Colez fails to land with a series of punches.
McCallen keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Nice defenses there by Colez.
Colez tries to bum rush McCallen with a series of wild strikes but McCallen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Colez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McCallen circles away quickly and effectively.
McCallen connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Colez takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Colez is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
McCallen darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Colez's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles McCallen before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Trevor McCallen!
In his post fight interview, Trevor McCallen started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
