The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christ lands a jab.
Christ thuds his right hand into Robson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Robson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Christ with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Robson uses his free foot to push down on Christ's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Christ.

Christ tries to throw a body punch but Robson avoids it by throwing Christ back against the cage.

Robson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Robson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Robson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You get the feeling that Christ really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Robson moves to take his opponent's back.
Christ wants to get back to his feet.
Christ trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Robson has good solid back control here.

Christ is trying to escape but he's just digging himself into more trouble. Robson manages to sink in the hooks and gets a rear naked choke to end the fight in impressive fashion.
