The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ritter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Parker tries to avoid it but Ritter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Parker to the ground. Parker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Parker misses with a body shot.
Parker lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Hugo Ritter has been cut.
Ritter circles away from the clinch attempt.
Parker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Parker breaks the clinch.
Ritter throws a series of punches but Parker moves out of range.
Ritter shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ritter shoots in for a double leg but Parker sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hugo Ritter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ritter has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Parker finds it's way round the side to connect with Ritter's head.
Parker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ritter swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Parker wants to clinch up but Ritter keeps it at a distance.
Parker rushes Ritter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Parker misses with a punch on the inside.
Parker is trying to break free.
Parker breaks the clinch.
Ritter waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Parker.
Ritter avoids a punch combination nicely.
Parker throws a nice head kick!
Ritter shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Parker as he avoids it easily.
Ritter takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Parker tries to clinch but Ritter moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Look low, kick high! Parker uses the oldest trick in the book to send Ritter tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Parker is absolutely delighted - when Ritter wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
