Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vaclav Vadizovic (ranked 4363 p4p, 4247 weight class) and Eric Long (ranked 0 p4p, 263 weight class). Eric Long is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vadizovic swats him away and circles back towards the center.
As Long tries to get set, Vadizovic tries to push him back and clinch up but Long manages to avoid the attempt.
Vadizovic has a takedown stuffed.
Long feints the counter takedown.
Vadizovic throws the kick towards the body but Long avoids it.
Long tries to clinch but Vadizovic is having none of it.
It looked like Vadizovic wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Vadizovic thows a leg kick but Long checks it

and Long counters with a nice double leg into side control. Vadizovic won't be happy with that.
Vadizovic seems a little lost for a moment, as Long dominates the positioning.
Vadizovic is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Long remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Vadizovic parries the strikes from Long easily there. Long is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Vadizovic to escape.

Long looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Vadizovic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Vadizovic wants to control but Long postures up.
Vadizovic avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Long.
Vadizovic is looking to regain half guard here but Long keeps moving and retains side control.
Long prevents Vadizovic from escaping the position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Vadizovic is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Long is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Vadizovic has escaped the position, nice work there.
Vadizovic regains half guard there - taking advantage of Long's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Vadizovic wants to improve his position but Long is controlling well.
Long is thwarting Vadizovic's attempts to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vadizovic looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Vadizovic is pressing down on Long's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Vadizovic is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Vadizovic is looking to take a break and control but Long is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Long makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Long.
Long is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Vadizovic is controlling him.

Long looking for a triangle here. Vadizovic is fighting it but it looks tight! Long pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Vadizovic is tapping out - this one is all over!
