Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Riley Hatfield (ranked 1425 p4p, 1842 weight class) and Jack Sadler (ranked 188 p4p, 241 weight class). Hatfield comes to the cage accompanied by Cruel World- Willie Nelson. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Riley Hatfield!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Sadler!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatfield lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sadler lands with a straight right. Hatfield didn't see that one coming.
Sadler moves out of range as Hatfield strikes.
Sadler scores with a nice head shot.
A big left from Sadler misses.
Sadler misses with a hook. Hatfield ducked under it nicely.
Hatfield swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Good shot there by Sadler.
Hatfield lands with a kick to the ribs.
Sadler has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Sadler jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hatfield misses with an uppercut.
Hatfield lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Jack Sadler has been cut.
Hatfield missing with a left hand there. Sadler was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sadler throws a counter combo.

Hatfield misses with a wild body shot.

Hatfield is looking to counter with head kicks.
Sadler displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hatfield throws out the jab.
Hatfield cracks Sadler with a good jab.

Sadler fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jack Sadler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sadler throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hatfield throws a jab when Sadler was well out of range.
Sadler swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Sadler throws a hook but Hatfield avoids it easily.
Hatfield is looking to counter punch.
Sadler looks to score with a jab to the body but Hatfield is just out of range.
Hatfield thuds his right hand into Sadler's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hatfield.
Sadler throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hatfield moves forwards but Sadler connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Sadler swings for the body but Hatfield moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sadler. Hatfield does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sadler connects with the punch.
Sadler uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hatfield.
Hatfield moves away from the strike by Sadler.
Hatfield takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sloppy strikes from Hatfield. Those never looked like landing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sadler misses with a double jab.
Hatfield is looking to counter punch.
Hatfield has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Hatfield slips a jab and a cross from Sadler.
A head kick from Hatfield lands but Sadler takes it in his stride.
Sadler fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hatfield looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Hatfield misses with a straight left.
Sadler just misses with a punch to the body.
The crowd cheers as Hatfield lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sadler doesn't seem phased though.

Sadler is rocked!
Hatfield lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Sadler is still on wobbly legs! Can Hatfield finish him?
Sadler moves away from the strike by Hatfield.
Hatfield moves out of range as Sadler strikes.
Sadler just misses with a punch to the body.
Hatfield lands a brutal uppercut that launches Sadler off his feet! Sadler tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Riley Hatfield!
During a confident post fight interview, Riley Hatfield thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
