Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Greg Jenkins (ranked 5311 p4p, 5283 weight class) and Je Ha Kim (ranked 577 p4p, 574 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Je Ha Kim!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins throws a right and a left that Kim avoids nicely.
Jenkins sets himself, and Kim steps forward looking for the clinch! Jenkins avoids it this time.

Jenkins takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Jenkins tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kim is able to avoid easily.

A nice side step and Kim releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Kim tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jenkins was well out of range. Poor timing from Kim.
Jenkins went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Jenkins throws a body punch but Kim moves out of range.
Jenkins slips under a jab.
Jenkins seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
A lazy left from Jenkins finds it's target.
Kim's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jenkins under the eye.

Jenkins scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kim doesn't seem bothered though.
Jenkins throws a looping overhand right but Kim ducks down to avoid it.

Kim might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Kim is struggling to control the position.
Kim manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Jenkins blocks an uppercut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kim tries to work over Jenkins's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Jenkins tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Kim avoids it.
Kim misses with a body punch.
Jenkins looking to stall.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Greg Jenkins will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

It seemed like Kim was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Jenkins fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kim swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jenkins fails to land with a series of punches.
Jenkins throws the left hand but Kim avoids the punch easily.

and Kim counters with a stiff right hand.
No joy there for Jenkins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kim lands a jab to the head.
Kim swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jenkins swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Kim slips a jab from Jenkins.
Jenkins throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Kim counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Jenkins is rocked!
Jenkins throws an off balance right hand
and Kim counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Je Ha Kim!
During a confident post fight interview, Je Ha Kim thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
