Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jaro Lalla (ranked 2435 p4p, 2941 weight class) and Takayama Yataro (ranked 67 p4p, 0 weight class). Lalla comes to the cage accompanied by ЛЮБИ. Jaro Lalla has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 20 - 23 - 2, fighting out of London, Jaro Lalla! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Takayama Yataro! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yataro ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lalla moves away. Lalla throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Yataro's waist but Yataro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lalla off to one side. A nice side step and Yataro releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Yataro scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Yataro misses with a looping left. Lalla has a takedown stuffed. Yataro swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Lalla displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Yataro throws out the jab. Lalla looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Lalla closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Lalla shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Yataro but Yataro pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jaro Lalla. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lalla uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Yataro.

Lalla takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Lalla closes the distance and clinches up with Yataro, looking for a takedown. Lalla pushes Yataro against the cage but Yataro circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Yataro misses the jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yataro feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lallas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Lalla ducks under a wild hook from Yataro. Lalla closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lalla lands in his opponent's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lalla stops Yataro from standing up. Lalla throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Lalla really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Yataro cracks Lalla with an open hand slap. Yataro stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Yataro wants it to stay on the feet. Lalla uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Yataro. The fighters circling - Yataro throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
