Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Steven Christie (ranked 1131 p4p, 2194 weight class) and Snapple Grapple (ranked 125 p4p, 234 weight class). Christie's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Amityville. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grapple shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Christie sprawls well. Christie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Grapple gets slowly back to his feet.
Christie pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Grapple back to the cage. Christie follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
A big right from Christie misses.

Grapple darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Christie tries to kick Grapple off in order to stand up. Grapple Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Christie is looking to get back to his feet here but Grapple is keeping cool and he's managed to take Christie's back.
Can Christie hold on?! Grapple is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Christie is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Crapollas Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Grapple has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Christie.

Grapple connects with a big shot to the side of Christie's head.
Grapple tries to keep control of the position but Christie is staying busy.

Grapple has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.

Christie defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard.

Grapple is working an open guard so Christie takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Christie keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Christie throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Grapple scores with a jab to the jaw.
Christie uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Grapple has time to react.
