Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Chaplin (ranked 230 p4p, 209 weight class) and My Time (ranked 27 p4p, 25 weight class). Chaplin kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Champion - Charlie Chaplin. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaplin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Time sprawls well. Time wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Chaplin gets slowly back to his feet.
Chaplin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Time kicks Chaplin off and gets back to his feet.
Time drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Charlie Chaplin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Time bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Chaplin's head backwards.
It looks like Charlie Chaplin has been cut.

Time throws a push kick but Chaplin slaps the foot to one side.

Chaplin tries to keep at a distance but Time has taken the fight into the clinch.
Time throws a head punch that misses.
Chaplin lands a nice shot to the body.
Time misses with a short punch on the inside.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Chaplin.
Time breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Chaplin gets tackled into the cage by Time. Time maintains the clinch.
Time struggles to land a body shot inside as Chaplin controls his hands.

Time's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Time clobbers Chaplin with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Time takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Oh Chaplin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Time counters with a huge left! Chaplin is in big trouble! He's backing up but Time isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Chaplin from any more damage. A dominating finish by Time!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). My Time!
My Time bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
