Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between DeVon Hampton (ranked 5933 p4p, 6529 weight class) and Arran Macmillan (ranked 610 p4p, 650 weight class). DeVon Hampton could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Arran Macmillan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, DeVon Hampton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Arran Macmillan!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hampton tries for a takedown but Macmillan circles away easily
and Macmillan counters with a two punch combo.
Hampton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Macmillan's waist but Macmillan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hampton off to one side.
Hampton closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Macmillan to the mat! Macmillan manages to get full guard.
Macmillan is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hampton is controlling him.
Macmillan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hampton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hampton missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Macmillan wants to stand and escape but Hampton is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hampton wants to control from the top but Macmillan keeps moving.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hampton's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Macmillan is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Macmillan can do anything to dispel that myth.
Hampton wants to control from the top but Macmillan keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Hampton scoring with punches to the head and body.
Macmillan wants to stand and escape but Hampton is having none of it.
Hampton trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Hampton lands a couple of digs.
Macmillan is rocked!
Hampton is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Macmillan is still in real trouble! Can Hampton finish him?
Hampton passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Macmillan tries to escape but Hampton is in control.
Hampton lands a big left to the face of Macmillan, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Hampton and another - Macmillan is out! Hampton stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). DeVon Hampton!
