The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Marley scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Cake doesn't seem bothered though.
Marley looks to score with a jab to the body but Cake is just out of range.
Cake appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cake on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

and Marley counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Cake thinking.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Cake doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
