Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nassir Bey (ranked 6040 p4p, 4977 weight class) and Ronald Durall (ranked 559 p4p, 513 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nassir Bey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronald Durall! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bey on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Durall throws a leg kick which misses Bey's front leg but catches the back leg as Bey tries to avoid it. Durall pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bey doesn't succeed with the takedown and Durall counters with a thumping low kick. Bey shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Durall tries to roll over but Bey keeps him under control. Durall is trying to stand.
Nice strikes from Bey there. Bey wants to work for an arm triangle but Durall is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Durall wants to get back to his feet.
Durall is trying to get back to full guard. Durall pushes Bey off looking to stand but Bey dives back in and keeps control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bey looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've been hearing that Bey has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Durall tries to kick Bey off but Bey keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Bey scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Durall slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Durall wants to control but Bey passes easily into half guard.
Bey maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Durall could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Bey has cracked it and Durall is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Bey!
