The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peramaki is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Terell throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Peramaki tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Terell is in Peramaki's guard.
Peramaki looking for a guillotine here but Terell defends easily.
Terell stays in close to Peramaki's body and controls the position.
Terell has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Peramaki is proving hard to escape from.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Peramaki is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Terell rolls with it to try and escape but Peramaki cranks on the arm and Terell is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
