Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Test One (ranked 4466 p4p, 24732 weight class) and Vvv Vvv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Vvv Vvv enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Test One!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vvv Vvv!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Steve Montenegro and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One misses with a jab to the body
and Vvv counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
A telegraphed right hand from One misses the target.
Vvv counters with a body kick.
Vvv scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Vvv ducks under a wild hook from One.
One really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Vvv uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by One.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vvv shoots in for a takedown but One shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
One was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
One throws a nice outside leg kick.

One thuds his right hand into Vvv's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
One misses with a body shot.
Vvv uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from One.
One comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Vvv shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
One looks to throw the jab but Vvv is out of range.
One sizes up Vvv with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

One throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
One moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromVvv.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vvv is defended easily by One.
One steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Vvv. That one must have hurt.

One cracks Vvv with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
One scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
One stuns Vvv with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
One misses with an uppercut. Vvv saw that one coming.
Vvv follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
One throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vvv is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
One throws a shot from downtown. Vvv moves away and avoids it.
Vvv thinks about the counter body kick.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Vvv takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Vvv shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says One as he avoids it easily.

Vvv was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Vvv shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as One sprawls well. One wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Vvv gets slowly back to his feet.

One leaves Vvv with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
One is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Vvv closes this distance looking for a takedown but One circles away.
Test One has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vvv Vvv.

Vvv steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
One finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Vvv drops down looking to force a counter takedown but One defends it well.

One was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Vvv fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Vvv displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as One throws out the jab.
One is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Vvv can do to turn this around?

Vvv replies with a solid counter kick to the body but One blocks it well.

Vvv looks to score with a jab to the body but One is just out of range.

Test One is winning the standup battle so far.
Vvv fails with the takedown
and One counters with a straight right hand.
One fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vvv manages to avoid it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Vvv.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Vvv keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from One.
Vvv replies with a solid counter kick to the body but One blocks it well.
One throws a lazy right hand but Vvv sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Vvv uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from One.
One swings away with a body shot that misses
and Vvv counters with a good, hard body kick but One shrugs it off.
One lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vvv circles away quickly and effectively.
Vvv follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

One ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vvv moves away.
Vvv shoots for a takedown but One saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
One is looking to counter punch.

Vvv closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Vvv stands up and beckons One to his feet.
Vvv avoids the body shot from One.
Vvv is trying to counter with his kicks.
One misses the shot to the body.
One misses with an uppercut
and Vvv counters with a nice kick to the body.
One misses with a wild body shot.
Vvv shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has One pinned against the cage. One gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

One throws a jab when Vvv was well out of range.
And Vvv responds with a good body kick, but One manages to step out the way in time.
One throws a big shot that misses.
Vvv replies with a solid counter kick to the body but One blocks it well.
One rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Vvv counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
One's jab looks to have found its range, popping Vvv under the eye.
Test One is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Horrible takedown attempt by Vvv or perhaps it was just good defense by One, which made it look bad.
One swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

and Vvv counters with a body kick.
Vvv dives in and grabs One's left leg, looking for a takedown. One pushes down on Vvv's head and hops out.
One loads up on a big right hand but Vvv slips the punch.
Vvv thinks about the counter body kick.
Vvv shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with One but One pushes him off and we're back to square one.

One throws a big shot that misses.
Vvv avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
And Vvv responds with a good body kick, but One manages to step out the way in time.
One misses with an uppercut
and Vvv counters with a nice body kick.
Vvv Vvv has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
One lands with a cross.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Vvv fails with the takedown.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Test One.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for One, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
