Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dux (ranked 1902 p4p, 591 weight class) and Bye Bye (ranked 195 p4p, 70 weight class). Frank Dux could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bye Bye's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Dux! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bye Bye! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bye shoots in but no luck this time. Dux falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bye counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Bye is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dux trying to keep a closed guard but Bye is proving a slippery customer.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dux had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bye defends it easily. Bye drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dux manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bye has Dux in his guard. Dux won't allow Bye to sweep him here.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Dux scores with a hook to the body. Bye takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bye is defended easily by Dux. Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Bye shoots for a double leg takedown but Dux sprawls well. He's pushed Bye's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Frank Dux has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bye Bye. Dux stuffs the takedown attempt from Bye. Bye gets slowly back to his feet. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dux throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Bye shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bye showed some decent athleticism there. Dux has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Bye is on him like a limpet, forcing Dux back against the cage. Bye has clasped his hands together around Dux's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dux tries to improve position but can't. Dux sneaks back into half guard. Dux is trying to get back to full guard. Dux is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bye can do to turn this around? Dux makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dux. Bye thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Back to the action. And we move into the final round! A slow jab from Dux misses its intended target. Bye changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Bye closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dux circles away. Dux punishes Bye's body with a nice straight punch. Frank Dux is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bye closes the distance and clinches up with Dux, looking for a takedown. Bye pushes Dux against the cage but Dux circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bye looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dux is one step ahead there. Bye bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dux's guard.
