Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mohamed El Shaarawy (ranked 4095 p4p, 5445 weight class) and Vick Venom (ranked 475 p4p, 550 weight class). El Shaarawy's entrance music is Phenomenal - Eminem . A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venom slips a jab and a cross from El Shaarawy.
El Shaarawy takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Venom looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
El Shaarawy pushes Venom away with a front kick.
El Shaarawy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Venom shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

El Shaarawy is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Venom presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

El Shaarawy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Venom throws a jab when El Shaarawy was well out of range.
It looked like El Shaarawy was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Venom closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Venom tries to advance to mount but El Shaarawy instead regains half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
El Shaarawy shoots in but no luck this time.
El Shaarawy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Venom looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Venom fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. El Shaarawy sprawls well initially but Venom persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Venom winds up and cracks El Shaarawy with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

El Shaarawy is rocked!
Venom arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! El Shaarawy's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
