Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Juan Heredia (ranked 23291 p4p, 2763 weight class) and Arthit Jitmuangnon (ranked 365 p4p, 179 weight class). Jitmuangnon has chosen แขกเจ้าเซ็น as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jitmuangnon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Heredia shoots in and drives through. Jitmuangnon sprawls well.

Jitmuangnon has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Heredia regains guard immediately.
Jitmuangnon seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Heredia definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Jitmuangnon feints and then cracks Heredia's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Heredia down.

Heredia shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jitmuangnon defends it nicely.

Heredia shoots in looking for a takedown. Jitmuangnon tries to sprawl out of it but Heredia keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jitmuangnon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jitmuangnon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Heredia looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jitmuangnon lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Heredia blocks a head kick by Jitmuangnon.

Heredia really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
