Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spencer Fray (ranked 5470 p4p, 5959 weight class) and Shinei Nouzen (ranked 565 p4p, 595 weight class). Shinei Nouzen has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Spencer Fray's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Spencer Fray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Shinei Nouzen! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nouzen is looking to slow Fray down with leg kicks. Fray takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nouzen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Fray connects with a crisp jab. Fray sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Nouzen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fray lands with a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nouzen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. It looked like Fray was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Fray blocks the body kick.
It looked like Fray wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Nouzen throws a chopping leg kick but Fray manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Fray swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fray drops his shoulder and cracks Nouzen with a huge uppercut! Nouzen goes down! Can Fray finish him?
It looks like Shinei Nouzen has been cut. Nouzen pushes Fray off and gets back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action! Nouzen throws a body kick that misses. Nouzen slips a jab and a cross from Fray.
Nouzen counters with a body kick. No joy there for Fray, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fray rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nouzen moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Fray really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Fray cracks Nouzen with a right hand to the side of the head. Nouzen tries a head kick but it misses.
A quick step to the side and Fray tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Nouzen misses with a kick to the body.
Fray was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nouzen backs away from a small jab... but Fray lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Nouzen crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Fray with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Spencer Fray!
