Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dmitri Zaitsev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 46 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Closet Case Conservative!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaitsev is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Conservative has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Zaitsev closes the distance looking to clinch
and Conservative counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zaitsev fails with an attempt to clinch.
Conservative lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zaitsev circles away quickly and effectively.
Zaitsev drives through and clinches with Conservative against the cage.
Conservative breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Conservative works Zaitsev's body with a nice hook.
Zaitsev takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Good shot there by Conservative.
Zaitsev wants to clinch.
Oooooh!!! Conservative has knocked Zaitsev down with a huge combo! Conservative steps away and waves a wobbly Zaitsev back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Zaitsev is rocked!

Conservative stuns Zaitsev with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Conservative cracks Zaitsev with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Zaitsev tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Conservative pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Zaitsev is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Closet Case Conservative!
