The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weeks drives through and clinches with Lalla against the cage.
Weeks lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Jaro Lalla has been cut.
Lalla pulls guard effortlessly.
Lalla is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Weeks defends well.
Lalla wants to sweep but no luck.
Lalla is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Weeks is aware though and is defending well.

Lalla is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Weeks is looking to work some ground and pound but Lalla has wrist control.
Weeks stands up over Lalla, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Lalla looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Weeks is defending well. Lalla quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Weeks has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Lalla celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
