Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yakubu Okoroji (ranked 6161 p4p, 3085 weight class) and Ono Kuronoa (ranked 0 p4p, 180 weight class). Ono Kuronoa is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ono Kuronoa!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okoroji drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Okoroji will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Okoroji is looking to take a break and control but Kuronoa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Kuronoa is looking to regain half guard here but Okoroji keeps moving and retains side control.
Okoroji misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
