Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zabit Hussein (ranked 3464 p4p, 5747 weight class) and Sam Salter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Salter's choice of entrance music: Dead Or Alive. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sam Salter!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hussein lands a front kick.
Hussein moves into range and connects with a jab.
Salter on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Zabit Hussein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Salter takes a kick to the side of the head.
Salter has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Salter there as he acknowledges the shot.
Hussein lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Look low, kick high! Hussein uses the oldest trick in the book to send Salter tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Hussein is absolutely delighted - when Salter wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Zabit Hussein!
A less than humble Zabit Hussein misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
The defeated Sam Salter had this to say: 'I think it may be time to hang up the gloves. Its been fun at times but Im over this time to go kill myself and family chris benoit style.'.
