Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krzysztof Zakrzewski (ranked 18997 p4p, 4534 weight class) and Rekoji Zychi (ranked 0 p4p, 476 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Krzysztof Zakrzewski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rekoji Zychi!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zychi lands a leg kick that knocks Zakrzewski off balance momentarily.
Zychi wants to clinch up but Zakrzewski keeps it at a distance.

Zychi closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Zakrzewski did well to prevent Zychi getting side control.
Zychi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Zakrzewski keeps working.
Well, if Zychi is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zakrzewski preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Zychi wants to get back to his feet.

Zychi wants to control but Zakrzewski is keeping him busy.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Zychi seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Zakrzewski is staying active underneath Zychi, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Zychi looks to land a strike but Zakrzewski avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Zychi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zakrzewski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Zakrzewski is breathing heavily.
Zychi trying to control the position from guard on top but Zakrzewski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zychi controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Zychi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Zychi scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Zychi is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Zakrzewski still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Zakrzewski has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Zakrzewski is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
We've been hearing that Zakrzewski has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Zychi is trying to improve his position.
Zychi struggling a bit here.

Zychi trying his best to control but Zakrzewski has mounted him.
Zakrzewski prevents Zychi from getting the reversal.
Zakrzewski throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Zychi wants to control but Zakrzewski is having none of it.
Zychi is squirming around, avoiding Zakrzewski's attempts to control the action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Zychi is looking to get to half guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Rekoji Zychi will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Zychi tries to clinch there but Zakrzewski circles away.
Zakrzewski fails with a takedown attempt.
Zakrzewski takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Oooooh!!! Zychi has knocked Zakrzewski down with a huge combo! Zychi steps away and waves a wobbly Zakrzewski back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Krzysztof Zakrzewski has been cut.
Zakrzewski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Zakrzewski fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Zychi unleashes a big counter combination but Zakrzewski bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
The fight stays on the outside here - Zychi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Zakrzewski takes a body punch but keeps moving.
No luck for Zychi with that takedown attempt.
Zakrzewski is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Zychi moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
