Covington shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. LaFleur is trying to defend but Covington finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

LaFleur is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Covington pulls his head out easily.
Covington really doesn't want to stay on the ground with LaFleur. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
LaFleur moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
