The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximus Jr misses with an uppercut. Bari saw that one coming.
Maximus Jr scores with a body shot.
Bari misses with a body kick.
Maximus Jr misses with a double jab.
Bari swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Bari throws a head kick but Maximus Jr moves out of range.
Bari throws a body kick that misses
and Maximus Jr counters with a nice uppercut.
Maximus Jr lunges at Bari with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bari's hand.
A good leg kick by Bari.
Maximus Jr lands with a right hand.
Bari looks to land a left hand but Maximus Jr moved out of range nicely.
Bari misses with a head kick.
Maximus Jr misses with a double jab.
Bari looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bari tries to bum rush Maximus Jr with a series of wild strikes but Maximus Jr uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Maximus Jr throws a push kick but Bari slaps the foot to one side.

Maximus Jr throws a right and a left that Bari avoids nicely.

Bari leaves Maximus Jr with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A left lands for Maximus Jr.

Maximus Jr swings for the body but Bari moves out of range.
Bari appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Bari scores with a shot to the body.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bari checks a leg kick.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Maximus Jr has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bari throws a wild body kick that Maximus Jr sees coming a mile off.
Maximus Jr bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Maximus Jr misses with a takedown attempt - Bari sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bari. That's going to slow Maximus Jr down.

Hadr Bari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Megnus Maximus Jr Maximus Jr.
Bari throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Maximus Jr is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bari sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Maximus Jr misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Maximus Jr changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bari tries to avoid it but Maximus Jr manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bari to the ground. Bari escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Maximus Jr fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bari looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Maximus Jr fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bari on the side of the head.
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Bari! This one is all over!

After the fight, Hadr Bari was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
