Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scorpion Kiing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Fernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kiing comes to the cage accompanied by Living on a Prayer. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Fernandes coming out on top.
It looks like Scorpion Kiing has been cut.
Kiing lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Fernandes wants to clinch up but Kiing keeps it at a distance.
Kiing throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Kiing fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fernandes, pushing him back against the cage.
Kiing's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fernandes on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kiing. Kiing obviously looking to wear him down.

and Kiing counters with a shoot takedown. Fernandes fights it but they end up in guard.
Kiing seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Fernandes stalks Kiing and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kiing's face. Kiing staggers backwards, shaken.
Kiing throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fernandes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kiing swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kiing connects with a nice short shot to Fernandes's temple.
