Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones has managed to clinch.
Jones stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Jones throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Abadis head.
Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Good shot there by Jones.
Jones throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Jones works the jab nicely.
Jones lands a nice hook to Abadi's body. Abadi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Jones instigates a clinch.
Abadi tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Abadi has Jones pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jones manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Abadi creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Abadi is trying to pull guard but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Abadi tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Abadi tries for a takedown but Jones manages to get underhooks.

Abadi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jones finds it's way round the side to connect with Abadi's head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Abadi. Jones does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jones lands with a good body shot.
Jones connects with a looping right hand.

Jones scores with the left hand. Abadi knows he should have avoided that one.

Abadi is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?

Abadi seems to have recovered his senses.

James Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jones cracks Abadi with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jones moves into range and connects with a jab.
Jones drops Abadi with a huge uppercut! Abadi drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Jones is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

A relieved looking James Jones thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
